I assumed everyone know how to configure Firefox connection speed.
Now I share with you guys how to lower Firefox Ram usage, this settings is to help your Firefox use less than 10mb when you minimize to your drive cos many users encounter longer time to minimize their firefox browser.

(you may delete the settings anytime when u have issue)
  • Open Firefox and type in about:config into address bar and then press Enter.
  • Right Click anyway of the page and select New -> Boolean.
  • In the box that pops up, we create name as changemode:on_minimize and press Enter.
  • Lastly select True and then press Enter.
  • Restart Firefox.

See the different?

Other website also suggested additional modification can be done at browser.sessionhistory.max_total_viewers, set the value to Zero cos it prevent Firefox from caching pages for the back button (also improve low ram usage)
*Pls note, this settings not for Mac users.
